The best habits to form are the ones that will make the BIGGEST differences in your life. This can be different for everyone. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a cleaner house or maybe a healthier lifestyle? If your like me than you probably have thought about this often. The key is to think SMALL. In order to achieve big than think small. Too often, people think of the big picture and get lost a long the way. You have to break down your goals into the smallest of steps in order to climb your way to the top. So here we go:
Top Five Habits To Begin Your Year
• Grab a 16 ounce glass of water (I use distilled) and squeeze a lemon in it every morning. Do this before you do anything else!
•. Find a window in your day to do squats or any kind of exercise that builds & tones muscle. I have started with 15 squats a day. It literally only takes a few minutes. I can already imaginethe results 364 days from now! Yay!
•. Learn something new every day! I know this sounds daunting but it is possible. Successful people didn’t become successful from sitting around and watching t.v. all day. They became successful because they worked hard at it. Push yourself!
•. Organize. Find a small or large area and organize it. This is defiantly where most of us need improvements. Start small to form the habit. Today I organized two kitchen drawers. It took me 15 minutes! Less clutter equals betterdays!
• Make time to read. The daily books are the best! Everyday of this year I will sit with my family and read a page from a book my mother mailed me called “Daily Power” by Craig Groeschel. So far I’m impressed! Reading is good for the soul and it makes you a better writer. Win win!
